Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Green Olive Systems LLC (“we”, “us”), which operates AccessFixList at accessfixlist.com (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you are using it for a business, you agree on behalf of that business. We've tried to keep them short and in plain language.

1. What the Service is

AccessFixList is an automated website accessibility checker that produces a prioritized list of suggested fixes, plus optional paid monitoring plans and a one-time done-for-you fix service. Automated scans catch a portion of accessibility issues and are not a legal compliance certification; using the Service does not guarantee compliance with the ADA, WCAG or any other law or standard, and does not protect you from legal claims. Features, limits and prices for each plan are described on our pricing page. We may improve or change features over time; if we remove something important from a paid plan, we'll tell you in advance.

2. Your account and your use

• Give us accurate information and keep your login email secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• Only submit websites or content you own or are authorized to work on.
• Don't misuse the Service: no attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer or bypass limits; no use to harm others, send spam, or break the law.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

3. Payments, renewals and refunds

• Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@accessfixlist.com or through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
• If you're unhappy with your first payment, email us within 14 days and we'll refund it. Other refunds are at our discretion.
• Prices may change; we'll give at least 30 days' notice before a price change affects an existing subscription.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the data and content you give us. You give us permission to process it only as needed to run and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Reports we generate for you are yours to use however you like.

5. Our content

The Service, its software, design and text belong to Green Olive Systems LLC. You may not copy or resell the Service itself without our written permission.

6. No guarantees

We work hard to make the Service accurate and reliable, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, and we don't promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Results produced by the Service are information to help you, not professional, legal or compliance advice.

7. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Green Olive Systems LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Ending this agreement

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms or if we discontinue the Service; if we discontinue a paid plan we'll refund any unused prepaid time.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we'll notify active customers by email or on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally.
